To ensure you feel secure with your purchase, we have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for every piece of our body piercing jewelry. We do not cover damage due to mishandling or improper use.

Please note a separate form must be prepared for each unique item being returned – all pieces not in original Alchemy Adornment packaging must be sterilized individually and shipped with tracking.
