  • How do I submit repairs?

  • Can I order a custom piece?

  • Can I add something to the order I just placed?

    • Give us a call, or send us a message. If it’s within two weeks, the answer is almost certainly yes.


  • How soon will my order be done?

    • Our current lead time is 2-8 weeks. If you would like a more exact estimate, give us a call or send us a message.


  • How do I pay for my order?

    • We will reach out to you when your order is ready. If you would like to pay in advance, please call us and that can be arranged.


  • I ordered the wrong item by accident, what do I do next?

    • Please reach out, and we can adjust or remove it as needed.


  • How do I measure a chain for my client?

    • The easiest method is to take a string and place it where the chain will sit. Take that measurement and add 2-4mm to the total to account for the jump rings.


  • How do I become a retailer?
