How do I submit repairs?

Can I add something to the order I just placed?
Give us a call, or send us a message. If it’s within two weeks, the answer is almost certainly yes.
How soon will my order be done?
Our current lead time is 2-8 weeks. If you would like a more exact estimate, give us a call or send us a message.
How do I pay for my order?
We will reach out to you when your order is ready. If you would like to pay in advance, please call us and that can be arranged.
I ordered the wrong item by accident, what do I do next?
Please reach out, and we can adjust or remove it as needed.
How do I measure a chain for my client?
The easiest method is to take a string and place it where the chain will sit. Take that measurement and add 2-4mm to the total to account for the jump rings.
